The puzzle consists of a tray and 14 pieces. The pieces have two sides - light and dark.

With various combinations of pieces dark-side-up, the pieces can be packed in the tray in 27 different ways.

In the initial presentation, all of the 14 pieces are placed with the light side up.

The problem is to find the solution in which the letter 'A' is created by the dark-side-up pieces.

This was my souvenir puzzle at the 27th International Puzzle Party.
